Moab UT 84532 Website Contact Person: Gayle Weyher, CSA Manager Phone: 435-259-2326 The CSA consists of a community of individuals who pledge support to the Youth Garden Project so that the garden becomes the community's farm, with the growers and consumers providing mutual support and sharing the risks and benefits of food production. Members share in the risks of farming, including poor harvests due to unfavorable weather or pests. Community members, who have provided the Youth Garden Project with working capital in advance, receive shares in the bounty of the garden throughout the growing season, one share being the produce from 16 square feet, as well as the satisfaction gained from reconnecting to the land and participating directly in food production Produce available to participants weekly, June through October, 20 weeks Pick up at the Youth Garden Project on Thursday from 3 to 6 PM Remainder of weekly harvested produce will be sold at Moab Farmers' Market to benefit the Youth Garden Project
