Park City UT Website Phone: 435-604-0497 At Copper Moose Farm we believe it starts and ends with the soil, so we pay the utmost care and attention to the life and health of our soil. Certified Organic and practicing Biodynamic farming practices we enjoy plant, insect, and animal diversity on our property. Our CSA is a group of people that appreciate great food, local small-scale agriculture, the environment, and the theories and practices behind living sustainably. The share boxes will consist of a variety of in-season goodies such as: arugula, beans, beets, basil, broccoli, cabbage, Chinese cabbage, cucumbers, carrots, chard, eggplant, fennel, garlic, herbs, heirloom tomatoes, kale, leeks, mizuna, mustard, melons, onions, potatoes, peppers, pumpkins, radishes, spinach, summer squash, salad mix, scallions, and turnips. Our flower share consists of a weekly bouquet of field grown cut flowers. Share Sizes: We now have 2 vegetable memberships: Share Prices: $950 Vegetable Share (everything we grow), Field Share (everything we grow outside - items grown in greenhouses are not included) $645, Flower Share $300 Delivery Options and locations: CSA pick-up is at the Farm in Park City |
